Printing, Scanning and Photocopying
Printing
The LRC has 2 black and white printers. There is no costs for printing in black and white There is print control in operation and you can only print a maximum of 5 pages and 2 copies at one time.
The LRC has a colour printer that costs 20p per side.
There is no print limit but we ask you to be environmentally aware and print out only what you require.
Scanners
The LRC has 4 scanners.
The scanners offer a simple scan of a document or image or Optical Character Recognition (OCR) which means you can scan a typed document and transfer it into a Word file.
Instructions are beside each scanner but if you are having trouble then ask a member of the LRC team.
Photocopying
The LRC photocopier will copy in A4 or A3 (ask staff for A3). There is a charge of 5p per side for A4 and 10p per side for A3.
A code is required so ask LRC staff to do this for you.
